With THE PX we don't stop there. The spirit is then matched with PEDRO XIMÉNEZ casks, a traditional Andalusian Sherry Wine, adding an exciting flavour dimension to our characterful and rich Original 1794.

The journey of The PX Rye begins in our fields. We sow the crops from our land and this blend begins with Winter Rye (60%), Spring Malted Barley (25%), and Winter Wheat (15%).
